Is the spa open to non-hotel guests?

Yes. Lèpia Spa welcomes external guests as well as Hotel L'Esagono guests. Hotel guests receive a 20% discount on their first face, body or massage treatment of choice.

What is the cancellation policy?

Entry requires a compulsory booking and arrival 10 minutes before your appointment. Treatment cancellations are allowed within 24 hours; otherwise the full booked amount is charged.
